I live on the Long Beach Peninsula across from Naples Island near Belmont Shore in southern California. I have never seen any thing that interesting washing up here.

I doubt this is tsunami debris—bottles from Asia always wash up here–and the glass floats, while getting rarer and rarer, still appear on our beaches occasionally this time of year. The lightbulbs are the type used on ships and wash in all the time.

i live in newport oregon and found 2 red light bulbs like those in this picture last november. at the time i suspected they could be tsunami debris, yet thought it was too early to arrive here, so concluded that a japanese FV tossed them overboard. . . .hmmmmmmmm
